BCE Group reserves the right to take any legal action towards the individual or

NON-REGISTRATION

Group reserves the right to deny company registration of any product or
services that it deems to be inaccurate, non-complete or inappropriate such as
illegal and pornography materials. The decision by Goldengate BCE Group is
final and non-negotiable.

Group membership is on annual basis and is renewable as long as the website and
product content is compliance to Goldengate BCE Group Terms and Conditions and
general business ethic code.

Member shall

address or undergoing any major changes of content.

responsible for what so ever damages or problems occurred to users, visitors or

BCE Group are provided on "as is" without any representation or

upon contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or otherwise, and even if

3. Any failure,

dealers, distributors, agents, employees, and any third parties involved in the

(collectively, the “Goldengate Parties”) will not be liable for any:
- Indirect, incidental, special,
exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages;
- Loss of profits, revenue, business,
goodwill, or data, or business interruption;
in each case whether

strict liability, or otherwise, and even if a Goldengate Party has been advised
of the possibility of such damages.
Aggregate cap.
Subject to the paragraph below, the total aggregate liability of the Goldengate
Parties for all claims arising out of or relating to the portal or its content will
not exceed the greater of (a) USD 100 or (b) the amounts you paid to Goldengate
for the relevant service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving
rise to the claim.
Non‑excludable
liabilities. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or
personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, wilful
misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under
applicable law. Where the law does not allow exclusion, the limitations above
shall apply to the fullest extent permitted.

jurisdictions. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or
limitations; in such cases, the above limitations shall apply only to the
extent permitted in that jurisdiction.
